all Dragon*Con conventions in the future, including the
upcoming Dragon*Con. Other features of Eternal Memberships

Fan Club Discounts
We invite all fan clubs to represent themselves at Dragon*Con.
We provide complimentary fan tables, good for the entire
weekend (while they last), and also provide programming
time to interested fan clubs.
Requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served
basis, and space is limited, so contact us as early as
possible.
We offer
a $5 group discount off the prevailing rate per membership
for ten or more memberships purchased in advance via one
check or money order. (These are available through our
office by mail only.) Just send us registration forms
for each person in your group or organization so we can
make your laminated badges; confirmations and progress
reports will be sent to each person individually. You
must include names and addresses for all members in your
group.
On-Site
(at-the-door) Registration
Registration for Dragon*Con 2001 will likely again be
located in the Hyatt's International Ballroom. Our registration
hours of operation will be announced later. For On-Site
Registration and TicketMaster badge pick-up, Dragon*Con
utilizes a professional registration system provided by
Interactive Software Systems, running on an IBM AS/400
mini-computer system with numerous data entry stations
and laser printers to help keep lines as short as possible.
Additional booths are set up for Guests, Staff, Media,
Performers, Dealers/Exhibitors, and Handicapped Access.
A special booth called the Solutions Desk is available
for those who have special registration needs (like membership
conversions, transfers, etc.) and also serves as a source
for information and the command center for registration
in general.
Transfer Policy
If you can't attend Dragon*Con after you've preregistered
you may transfer your membership to another person. This
notice of transfer must be in writing and have the signatures
of both the original member and the new member. We'd prefer
to receive these in advance, but we know that sometimes
things crop up on short notice. Therefore, we will accept
membership transfers at-the-door; please see our "Solutions"
Desk in the registration area. Please note that memberships
can no longer be transferred forward to the following
year.
